Abound Storage is useless

Where to start with this matter… Admin has no idea how do manage and update their systems. Our unit was given to someone else while we were still paying for it. Even if the locker is empty and after a conversation that we would like to retain the unit for future use, the admin lady decided that she would give it away. Forward 2 weeks later, I showed up with things I wanted to store and no unit to put it in even after continuing to pay for a unit. They then offered me a ghastly excuse for a unit. Now, in May already I informed them that I would no longer be needing the unit. Today 9July the admin lady has the audacity to tell me that it is my lock on the unit to get out of her bad management of units and failure to do her work and pay back my deposit. If you want bad service and a ‘rude people tea party’ Abound is the way to go!
