Bad customer Service

This place deserves a half a star for the lack of information they provide when needing their services. I was not told that I was supposed to pay the first months rent when bringing my furniture into storage. I was only told to pay the deposit to secure my unit and when I asked this payment is for what Elisha told me that its the deposit to secure my unit and I said that payment is going towards which month and he said towards April. The deposit amount is exactly the same as my monthly payment. So naturally I thought that's my months rent. In my previous storage company I had kept my contents with never charged me a deposit and if they did they consolidated it into one payment I had to make. Elisha failed to explain to me that once I've paid the deposit and my furniture is in the unit I'm required to pay for that months rent. They know that once a person's contents are in there's no way out, they desperate so that's when we hit them with a bill and on the invoice it states that if I don't pay the amount now my contents will be sold. Elisha also failed to tell me that when the removals truck brings up my furniture from PMB that I needed to meet them there and choose my unit and also to buy my own lock all of this was new to my ears. And when I confronted him about it he turns around and says" but didn't you read it on the application form and lease agreement I sent you" nd I asked him "where does it say so? Show me where on the application form does it state that?" And his answer was let me transfer your call to our accounts department. When I get there I speak to this white lady who says but its logical sense that wherever you move into, you pay a deposit and the first months rent and I asked her is this a flat or house that I'm moving into, and the previous storage company did not do this to me or require this from me and she says that not all storage companies operate the same and then I asked her so is it fair that you pass that statement on me? Why would you say something like that when you yourself knows its not obvious because yourll operate differently. It's not even my first month and already I'm experiencing such drama with them. So I told them that I can only make the payment over the weekend because I don't have the time in the week because of work & also that I need to get the money available and she said she will let them (accounts team) know. So I'm not sure if they going to add interest on my bill or not.
