ABLE UPHOLSTERERS POOR WORKMANSHIP

I contacted Sam of ABLE UPHOLSTERS (cell nr.***) to get her to re-upholster 2 arm-rests of my beautiful couches which i bought at Checkers House and Home in Fourways Mall for an amount of R52 000, this was 10 years ago. She asked me to send her a picture of my couches so that she could quote me which i did and got quoted for R2900. Before fixing them she told me she does not have the exact stitching as those of my couch but will see what she can do. She sent me the type of stitching she could apply which i agreed to and gave her the go-ahead. 3 weeks later she delivered my couches and i was not at all happy with the quality of her workmanship, it was really POOR. She actually messed up the original look of my beautiful couches and they actually look cheap now! I informed her and and she took them back for RE-DO and a few days later they still looked poorly upholstered. I called her again to complain she then came to collect them again and returned them for THIRD time still not ok. She told me that i would have to accept the couches as they were because she is not willing to be driving back and forth, she has already spent a lot if time and money and that better accept them as they were otherwise she will start charging me R100 for storage. When i was adamant that i would not accept the UNPROFESSIONALLY upholstered couches she said that there is nothing much she could do further with the couches, i would have to accept the poor quality of work she is giving me. She reimbursed a R1000 and said that was the best she could do for me. After some time, as i was seating on one of the couches she took in, i noticed that inside of the arm-rests are not the orginal ones, meaning she replaced something else and took my original parts. The arm rest are are not flat and level they have humps. When i sent her a message to get clarity on my observation she just did not respond to date.. I must say it is very depressing and upsetting to come back from work everyday and have to be subject to the couches i once loved and got damaged by ABLE UPHOLSTERERS because of their poor workmanship and actually got away with it. I asked why did she not tell me that she would not be able to fix my couches properly she said it's because she did not know that the couches original material won't stretch the second time, which i find UNACCEPTABLE and hard to believe her because as a professional upholsterer she claims to be, she was supposed to know BETTER by now. I find a ***** and a ****mer who is not transparent with her clients. I would like to warn everyone out there to first make THOROUGH REVIEWS before considering services from business like SAM (ABLE UPHOSLTERES). SAM (UNABLE UPHOLSTERERS) can't deny all of this as i have email trails of our conversations which i will not hesitate to publish if the need arises. I AM HAPPY WITH (UNABLE UPHOLSTERERS) WORKMANSHIP!
