Terrible after sales service following damage to furniture

A number of items of furniture were damaged during a move. Able removers have been contacted on a number of occasions, both telephonically and by e-mail. No response to my e-mails and when I spoke to the office I was told that they were waiting for a response from the operations department. We are now 3 weeks post move and no closer to any resolution.
