My mother in law required some appliance repairs and contacted Shaun from ad in the paper. She knew my microwave wasn't working properly so asked him for a quote for repair as well as for servicing our washing machine while he was doing her repairs. Although we didn't require the service and simply wanted to repair micro my hubby accidentally did an eft for the cost of doing both. So we agreed to let Shaun do the repair and service. After several calls he returned the micro professing it to work. It did not. Still would not heat. Shaun comes back and takes the micro away. Lo and behold once we start using the washing machine, it too starts to give us trouble with error messages and overflowing water. After weeks of calling Shaun he eventually pitches up (note he has now had our microwave for over 2 months) and says that he is still waiting on parts for the micro. He has a look at the washing machine and tries to say that perhaps we are using it incorrectly. After years of using it with no problems suddenly we forget how to use it?!? We try to explain the error codes that are coming up but he doesn't seem interested. Finally says we need to have parts replaced which will cost us more. We tell him the machine has never troubled us before perhaps they did something wrong. I also ask if he's a registered tradesman and surprise he's not registered! He then starts to get aggressive and physically tries to push my husband aside so that he can leave. We call our security company as his behaviour was quite scary. He parked on the road outside our home for about 10 mins before leaving. Sadly the security only showed after he left. But this company is seriously bad news. Avoid like the plague!!!
