Totally unhappy with able appliance service

I was desperate I needed to get my defy oven door fixed I looked up in the Northglen news I found shaun oh he came i paid him for the oven door replacement of glass , he brought the oven door back he placed the oven door on my oven the glass shattered all over the floor no now he is going to get me a new ovendoor from defy , i must pay him upfront money for a new door which I did , friday i am supposed to get my new door i phoned him about 20 times are you coming yes yes i am in Jacobs at defy waiting for the truck to arrive with my new door its been 3 solid weeks my oven is still not fixed .This man has my money I have no oven door I cannot carry on lkke this last night I told him on whatsup i am handing this scenario over to my attorney he must bring the broken oven door back and hand it to the security guard, today saturday my oven door has not been returned my money is gone this type of business should not be allowed to advertise in the northglen at all .
