bad service after repair

Had these guys fix my freezer. They bypassed a tube, filled with gas. Had no vacuum pump, but filled anyway. Compressor runs non stop. Top freezer gets cold, bottom one not (2 door freezer). I contacted them and told them about this, and they said they will come look.Now, almost 3 weeks later, you can not get hold of them. I had to switch freezer off because now both don't freeze anymore. Cost me R1800 (VERY expensive) for a bypass and refill. I will now source someone reliable to come fix it
