Dishonest
Arnie Kruger was supposed to replace our geyser. He convinced me to pay him upfront, even though the insurers were responsible for covering the cost. His quotation looked very unprofessional. It contained an incorrect address, provided no clear breakdown of costs, and appeared to be hugely inflated. The quote focused almost entirely on alleged water damage, despite there being no water damage, and included very little information about the geyser replacement itself. This raised my suspicions. I then discovered that he had taken our geyser without permission. We had to send our handyman to collect it from his house. Despite doing no work whatsoever, he kept my money and has ignored all of my calls and attempts to contact him.
