competition not paid.

Black Crown launched a competition on Father's Day in which i entered and won a R1000 cash voucher on 24 July 2023, but it seems hard for them to send the voucher, i sent my account details to them but still. i spoke to the manager of Black Crown at Anheuser-Busch InBev Kgolagano Matlhaga she's no longer responding to my email or Calls.

please help me
