Dissatisfaction with service from Abigerl Travel Agency

The company is inexperienced and unprofessional in this industry. My trip could not be possible because my VISA was not approved at the time that I needed to travel in July 2022 and therefore canceled my trip all together. I paid over to the R22 000 which I now need a refund that I have not received to date which is now September 2022. The company is dishonest and I am promised every single day that I will get my refund which has never happened to date and now it seems that I have been ****med and might not get my refund back.
