Worst service ever!!!!

<p>When you request service from a classifieds advert in the newspapers, first ask for the name of the company and do your research! Requested service for regas of frigde on Monday 01 May 17. Within two hours they were at my house....even on a public holiday! The technician advice the filter need to be replaced and he quote R360 for the filter. Not much i guess and request to have the filter changed as according to the technician this is the reason the fridge don't cool. I paid R560 in total. The next morning the room temperature is cooler than inside the fridge.....So I phoned Charmaine on ********** . Until today Monday 08 May 17, no technician had called me back, after a call everyday since Tuesday 02 May 17. Not even Charmaine follow up with the customer on whether my issue has been resolved. This company is a ***** and I blame Charmaine for this bad service! I wish this company will burn down, if even exists!!!! Never use this company as you can see on the many complaints of this company!! On the classified add they dont mention their company name only cell numbers. So please look out for these numbers, *** or ********** </p>
