Pathetic Service

I paid R1860 to repair my fridge. They came and fixed it but its still not working. It freezes everything. I called numerous times and Charmaine and Mr Abrahams said they'll send someone to fix it. It's been four months and no one came out. My son tried calling but still no one came out. Its unfair that I paid for such poor service.
