Pathetic business ethics

I phoned them and they came on the 8th of Nov 2018. The guy looked at the fridge and said that it doesn't only need gas there is other stuff also wrong and that it will cost me R960. At that time I was desperate because I need the fridge to be fixed. Up until today which is the 18th of November my fridge is still not working and they've got a different story whenever I phone them. The receptionist has got a stinky attitude which is not good for their business. People please do not make use of them. As soon as they've got your money they are gone...and you are still left with a broken appliance.
