Fail to repair my fridge after payment was done

I contacted Abies refriferator to repair my fridge on 08/01/2016. I spoke to a Charmaine ***. The technicians came the following day and i paid them r390.00.<br> <br> The Monday i called them and they confirmed the funny noises that wasnt there before are normal. After a week the fridge was still the same and dont freeze at all. I complaint and Christo *** confirmed the technicians only work on a Wednesday in my area..<br> <br> Another week passed and no one came out to fix my fridge. After several calls to Christo and Charmaine the only reply i got was that they will sent somone to fix the fridge.<br> <br> In the meantime my milk gets sour and a lot of preshbles i must throw away. Kindly help me with this people who are quick to get your payment but slow to fix their poor workmanship.<br> <br>
