Bad service

<p>My Mom 93 years old phoned to get the garage door repaired. Business sent out a person named Neil. Told mom the batteries is caput. He then told her that the unit is an import and that he could not work on it. To make things worse he took the old TV in the garage without permission and left to return. He told mom that he need to replace the complete system for R9000. Mom got an invoice for R950 for the job and two batteries with filed off expiry dates. Mom phoned the owner Hans Goosen, he was as rude as anything. Neil returned the TV after this and said mom can keep the batteries that did not even fit. Mom got another person and he fixed the problem within half an hour. This cost her R700 in total with 2 new batteries. </p> <p>My opinion is stay away from this company, since they are not competent and business ethics do'nt exist.</p>
