Worst service ever

This is the worst company in the world. I placed an order on and did the payment on 05/12/2025. I was informed that the order will be ready for collection on 19 /12/2025. On 11/12/2025 I did a follow up and was advised by mail, my pacel will be ready for collection on 23/12/2025 at 17h00. On the 23/12/2025 they rep**** taht they colse at 15h00 untill 08/01/2026 but my pacel is still not ready for for collection. Back at the office i contacted Lindani again and again i was prommised via email that the items will be ready on the 06/02/2026 at 16h00. on the 18/02/2026 i was prommised again by mail that i can collect at 24/02/2026 at 16:30. On 24/02/2026 the order was still not ready. Today i phoned to speak to Landani. She was not available. I am chosing one star but the service does not even deserve one star.
