Ridiculous fees for empty promises.

Recently had a very costly experience with Abela.. I decided to topup my Abela wallet via my bank account.. Which has a fee.. Only to then find out that all of a sudden there are no vouchers available.. But i want to bet so the only thing i could do is transfer the money back to the account that I just used.. Then I'm faced with a choice.. Normal eft or an immediate payment.. I figured I'll cut my losses and pay the ridiculous fee of R20 to get my money In 5-60 mins.. According to the app.. I'm then seeing that the withdrawal is pending.. Like *** i just paid R20 to not wait.. I only received my money a full 14 hours after i requested it.. So why was i charged R20 for an immediate payment,which is anything but instant!.. This whole thing cost me more than R40 and all because u guys fail to inform ur customers that certain services aren't available.. Nobody rep**** to me on any platform regarding the fees i incurred.
