poor service

abovebooks has poor service they don't respond to any of thei contacts be it whatsapp,calls and emails you provide poor service iam so disappointed I ordered my child text book on 18th of January 2025 till today 6 of February no update or whatsoever and I paid for 4 textbooks where do you guys think we get that money from do I have to go buy another text books u are ****ing people their money iam soooooo disappointed the school has been waiting for textbook but no luck please allow us to do refund stop closing yor network
