Order never received: Still not Credited

Sales Order No. ********** 24 - total US$35.94 - non delivery resulted in promise to credit of US$ 8.45 (whoo****!) - there is no response from them - no acknowledgement that they have erred in their process, no refund, no reply and no interest. They do however have the audacity to continue to forward ************ amounts of marketing jargon to my email in hopes perhaps that I will fall for their lies, deceit and ****s again.
