Empty promises, no action

Will never use this site again. Few days after delivery due date I started enquiring where my delivery is. It is now a few months later, I still have not received my delivery and I have requested a refund numerous times. And all that I get from them are the same question (what is the details of my order) or the same promise (they will resolve it in 1-2 days)
