Eskom electricity

Bought electricity from the shop with no units before and l went again this morning to get some again so asked them for first 10 rand of electricity and they printed the same thing again .l asked for my refund and he yelled at me and eventually gave me. How many peopleare ripped by these guys everyday.pls help
