Sad Customer Service at ABE Construction Chemicals

I needed to purchase water proofing products for my roof, and after doing much research a company called ABE is the best and most reliable when it comes to waterproofing products for roofs. i called around many different hardware stores in Durban and got lots of different and some exorbitant prices.

I researched and realized that ABE the company itself, isnt very far from me and i decided to go to the company directly to get a price and make my purchases. Upon arriving to ABE in Mt Edgecomb Durban, the sales person was extremely rude and un-cooperative. He made it seem and spoke to me like I came to commit ***** by approaching the company directly to do my purchase.

nevertheless, i was given a ridiculous price of R4000.00 for the 20L product i needed, which i ended up buying in a MBS Hardware in Clairwood for R875.00
