Bad service

No one is willing to assist, it is as they don’t want to help people of color. I asked the sales person to write down what chemicals they use on WhatsApp and he goes on to say he unfortunately can’t operate his phone. This is begging to give someone money if I decide to buy from them. They need training on how to treat customers of other color. I pleaded with the sales person to send me a quotation, she then says no I need to firstly request it via email then only then can she respond, that time we are already on the phone. I asked nicely and informed her that I’m on the road, I can’t send. She says, no you have to email first. If you are a company that is black owned refrain from using them, they can’t treat us well.
