Abdus Realtors does not pay tenant deposit

Abdus Realtors is not a trustable company. I used to stay in a property in Bellville South that was managed by Abdus. In mid November we were given letters of termination of our contracts that stated that the property was sold and we had to vacate mid December.

When I requested for my deposit after vacating the property, they told me that I never gave them notice that I was vacating the property.

Note: I escalated this issue to the managers but notjing happened and I never received my deposit.
