Unprofessional and utterly rude

Camila was paid and instructed to complete transfer of ownership of my property. Iv sent numerous messages,emails etc to get it sorted asap and receive my title deed. Camila offers horrible and rude service. He response to my e-mails are rude, having horrible attitude telling me to wait and not be obnoxious. This was utter rudeness and so unprofessional as time and time again I had to keep waiting for her to deal with my requests
