Useless service

I bought Popcorn from the local store that had mite inside it. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and out came Abduraghmaan Kazie. While I was still explaining my situation he just rudely stopped my in the middle of my sentence and told me that he is talking now. Abduragman, how on earth you became a supervisor that deal with customers in that way is mindboggling. You should never get close to any customer, not even mentioning "resolving" issues. But I have to hand it to you, well done on your perfect con to sell infected foods to customer and just refusing to even exchange the product if it goes bad.
