ABCMouse have ****** my money

I saw abc mouse online and decided to investigate. It seemed like an amazing product so I signed up, HOWEVER, what they give to you and what they offer are two drastically different things.<br> <br> FOR starters:<br> <br> I put my billing info in, and i was then taken to another page where I was asked to select a package, i decided to not go any further since this did not correlate to what was advertised.<br> <br> I opted to contact there support centre to enquire as to what this means.<br> I was advised and decided to cancel, then only did i learn that this is a back and forth and no real answer was given.<br> <br> On the first of January I was billed for more than a R100, (note the adverti*****t stated one month free then $7 afterthat.<br> <br> what makes it worse, I have received no correspondence from them, no link to state please follow this to download your software WHICH I PAID FOR, nothing.<br> <br> I send scathing emails and they said to me my account does not exist.<br> <br> I told them i am currently logged in, but no reply was given.<br> I asked please to stop billing.<br> <br> Yet today another R100 was deducted and a service charge of R10.<br> <br> [URL Removed]
