Wrong info

Hi I need assistance My loan I had was in arrears when debt collectors contacted me I asked for a printed of all costs see the amount doubled since I last paid, but the print out shows I opened the account in 2015 showing interested and transactions which clearly is a lie because I opened it in 2016, any help on what to do?
