Abc Tv & Video repairs does not exist

Good day hellopeter team<br> over a year now and still haven't heard anything from Walter, tried calling him after he agreed to pay me on the 13th February 2015 . When I called the numbers on his business card none of them is working.<br> Does anyone know where I can find him , i'am really pist of for this guy. <br> What to do next , open a case against theft.<br> Please help me to solve the once and for all. regards Lester
