Great customer service from ABC Security

I recently cancelled my armed response service with Fidelity ADT since I was not happy with the response time and price hikes, and moved over to ABC Security. Fidelity ADT sent me a final invoice for R 1222.52 as an "early termination fee (...) equivalent to three months subscription fee" apparently applies (although my subscription fee at the time of cancellation was only R 310.13). When I told this to ABC, they offered to give me the first three months for free. Truly great customer service from ABC, plus it's a month-to-month service (i.e. no exorbitant early termination fees if you want to cancel).
