Feeling safe

I joined ABC Security in November 2012 - Wade Lemmer visited me on request and was patient to attend to all my questions. Although ABC was fairly new at Stellenbosch at that time and there was competition I decided to trust them. And I never looked back! I realize that I am not the easiest of customers because I report problems and suggest improvements but - be it the director or the manager, a technician or patrol officer or a lady at the control room - they always react immediately and offer support. I could not have chosen a company with which I felt more secure and looked after. I thank ABC Security for having made me feel safe! To round this off: When a false alarm went off recently and the patrol officer arrived shortly after I did I thanked him for coming that quickly and for having been so kind. He gave me a broad smile and said: Ma'm - it goes both ways!
