Careful who you buy a water pump from

I'd never do business with ABC Pumps Bloemfontein again as they did not honour a guarantee on a pump installed seven months ago. They deferred to the pump distributors and hid behind their decision that I should pay for repair on a brand new pump which malfunctioned without any human intervention.
