incompetence

I handed in 3 black pants to be shortened. I was told it would ready on 8 June.The pants was not even started when I arrived on the the 8th.I told the owner Yunus that this in not acceptable.I did ask him to please check that this pants was the correct lengh, as he did on a previous mess up 3 pants so badly that I the pants had to be thrown away.He then very rudely told me tto take my pants and go.NO CUSTOMER SHOULD BE SPOKEN TO IN SUCH A WAY.1He said that the taylor was ***********. I said to him that it was his job to train the taylor.He said that he wasn't responsible. Please do not take any repairs to them.Your repairs will be messed up, nevver on time and you will be subjected to this very rude man Yusuf.
