Very disappointed with the lack of service from ABC Properties
Very disappointed with the lack of service from ABC Properties. After they received payment for services they now are not available. The agent Gregan never answers his phone and doesn't get back to you. He doesn't even bother to read messages. When asked about his attitude and that he already got paid and now fails to do the work, he stated that he only got paid for placement fee. And that it wont be a problem if I were to get another agent! This after he insisted that he will always be available and don't just dump people on you and then disappear. I have also called the office at ABC Properties and left messages, but no one seems to get back to me. It seems as if you lose the agent as soon as they get paid and then have to deal with the problems yourself. Is this why you work through an agency? Is this why pay an agent? Only to do the work yourself? Am I suppose to pay another agent another "placement fee"????
