ABC Hansen Africa (Pty) Ltd: Stay away

<p>Our company bought new pellet mill rollers with a shaft from ABS Hansen Africa (Pty) Ltd on 6 March 2017. Upon receipt of the parcel on 7 March 2017 we sent it to our client, who, two days later, informed us that the rollers had been used and that the shaft is bent. Our salesman contacted James Pitout from ABC Hansen Africa who then informed him that they didn't have any new rollers in stock and that the client may continue to use the used rollers untill their stock arrives, upon which they will send us a new roller. The address of the client was forwarded to James on 18/05/2017. After telephonic conversation with James, I forwarded an email to Marion van Niekerk, the director, on 4 July 2017 requesting either a refund of the amount we paid or new rollers to be sent to us. On Friday 7 July I spoke telephonically with Marion when he informed me that the rollers had been sent on Wednedsday 5 July already. It is now Monday 10 July and this query is still not sorted. No sign of any rollers. Our client is profusely upset since his business is now losing money due to the fact that his pellet machine cannot operate. This also reflects extremely negatively on our company. Perhaps it's ABC Hansen's policy to de***** their customers for a quick buck here and there, but this is certainly not the way we do business.</p>
