THEY DO NOT REFUND CUSTOMERS "BREAKAGE FREE" DEPOSITS

I hired equipment from ABC function hire for the 25/12/2020 of which I paid the deposit that is a requirement for the breakage fee. When it was time for them to refund the deposit it was stories all the way. They confirmed that everything was fine with their equity and that they will pay back the deposit but from there it was "today", " within an hour", "tomorrow", " next week" your refund will be payed into your account which was never paid. Sean and Shantal just want money coming into the business, they don't wanna pay. It is very unfortunate that I went through their business reviews after this incident otherwise I would not have bothered doing business with them.
