POOR MANAGEMENT AND REFUNDS TEAM

cancelation....till this day the refunds department team have not responded to me only when I engages with consultant Oscar he tried to escalate and got some feedback for me which they advised of their cancelation policy and cant give me a refund on the 23rd of March....this policy was never mentioned to me or I never received an Email nor is it on the quote stating any deposit done in advance to secure a booking will be forfeited if canceled less than 30 days priortoreserved date...I asked for management number they refused to contact me....I thought I will give continuous business and referrals for the future as Oscar was a good consultant and offered good service.....the management and refunds team are extremely unprofessional and do not care about there customers dissatisfaction with not giving me back my refund in spite of me alerting them in advance of event date
