Complain

<p>ABC FUNCTION HIRE BASED IN Ormonde and Xavieir- their service is appalling. I hired staff from them in October, the tent was half done and the follow day the tent arrived 5 hours late. I called the owner Sean James from Friday asking him to come and fix the tent which was only done on Saturday around 2, by the way this was a wedding. The mother of the groom fainted on Sunday because of ABC'S service. They are suppose to give me my R500 refund which seems to be a problem. I spoke to Caroline and Chris, was advised to send banking details and will get my refund. When I called last week was advised to call Sean as he is the one who does that. I spoke him on Monday, he apologised and promised to so the refund me the same day, I called him on Tuesday, still apologised and promise to do it that day?, still nothing. When I called him on Wednesday, yesterday he's not responding to my calls.
