Bad service, Unhygienic and unorganised

I approached ABC function hire for a jumping castle and kiddies tables and chairs for my function on the 7.10.17.

1) Upon arrival to collect, my proof of payment could not be found! This made collecting the goods I paid a deposit for 3 weeks prior collection frustrating and time consuming. 2) On the day of the function I had to wash the kiddies table and chairs as they were filthy and full of mud. 3) When myself and my husband blew up the jumping castle it was dirtier than the tables and chairs and to top it off the jumping castle had chicken bones on it. Unhygienic and down right unprofessional.

I have tried to contact the owner for answers with regards to the accusations I have against him and his company yet my calls have been dropped and my emails ignored.

I WILL NEVER refer a single soul to this company nor will i ever use there services again.
