ABC Function Hire- bad service provider

We had a party on the 8th Dec 18,, everything was paid for but black carpet was not delivered. Now refund and carpet hire cost is due and no assistance is received from their Sean. It's been almost 3months now with endless phone calls, WhatsApp & emails but still nothing.

Poor service I must say and unfair to me as a customer. I want my refund back please.
