Poor service

Requested a quotation for repair on damaged fridge to send for Insurance purposes. They came back to me stating that this was not a problem and they would send it immediately. After numerous SMS's and phone calls to Chris there is always an excuse why the quote has not been sent yet. It is now 8 days later and still nothing.<br> <br> If they take this long regarding a qoute I would not send anything for repairs to them.
