Horrible service delivery

Horrible service delivery. Do not use! Bunch of ******* with stories. Joe came to fix my fridge but avail fridge was broken in 2 days again. Promised to come out the day after I reported it, did not pitch despite several phone calls saying he will come after the job. No invoice was given. Follow day said he was on his way after waiting the whole morning coming with excuses that he is running late despite saying he was on his way to me. They do not know what they are doing and run under several different “company” names. Find someone else to use as these people seem sincere and apologetic about what is going on but are full of stories about when they are coming, invoices and comebacks.
