Bad Service Tumble Dryer Appliance Repairs

Cris came to fix my tumble dryer and charged me R930 which apparently was a 10% discount.(expensive) normal price apparantly R1900?? I had to drive to bank to draw the money for him as he says customers don't pay. I could not transfer due to my bank issue. Used machine and it tripped my electricity and now doing the same thing blowing cold. Have been calling him to come back and he keeps saying his coming and just does not pitch. I've tried calling and his friend answers phone to say his not there. His avoiding me at all costs and now dismissing my calls. His supposed to be a 247 business and offered a 6 month guarantee. I'm upset for bad service and paying a huge fee which I feel is a *******. He repaired 2 Thimo according to his invoice,? My machine is only 4 yrs old. I'm sick of people ripping you off and think they can get away with it. As it is I asked for a quote first and when I looked he repaired already. I hope something can be done please.
