Bad service and workmanship

ABC Electrical came to my house to \fix"my fridge on the 28th of January. We told the technician we thought that the gas just needs to be filled. He tested the fridge and said that the gas was fine it was the thermostat of the fridge that was faulty and replacement will be R450.00. So I asked him to replace the thermostat and paid him R450.00. On Wednesday 4 February 2015 I phoned them again as my fridge was still not working I was promised that he will attend to it Thursday 5 February 2015. Thursday came and nothing happened. Friday 6 February 2015 I phoned again and again was promised that they will attend to it. It is 17 February 2015 today. I had to pay another repairman R950 to fix the mess they made on the thermostat and fill the gas on the fridge which seems to have been the problem from the start."""
