EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE

Late Tuesday afternoon 10th November 2015, I sat in a huge predicament. I need brochures for a presentation the following day.<br> I phoned Jack of ABC Direct Express, and told him my predicament. As I live in an outlying area, I knew that there was no ways I could get the goods before my presentation the following morning, especially as I needed to leave home at 4.00am.<br> Jack reassured me and said leave it to him. He arranged for the parcel to go directly to their depot in George, which I was passing, where I would collect on Wednesday.<br> Within minutes the collection was arranged from our offices in Pretoria and the arrangements were made with ABC Direct Express's depot in George, where I collect my goods later that morning.<br> As a result I had the much needed brochures for my presentations - Thank you Jack and the ABC Direct Team for always going the extra mile.
