VW engine from ABC Auto Parts for R28 000

On the 25th February 2015 I purchased a VW engine from ABC Auto Parts for R28 000 and my contact person was Mr Michael Teffo. I was informed that the engine was new with mileages of about 17 000 KMs. I arranged with my mechanic i.e. JCWN Tech from Midrand to collect the engine for installation and the engine was collected on the 2nd or 3rd March 2015. It took about two weeks for JCWN Tech to install the engine and on the afternoon of the 14th March 2015 I collected the car and paid the mechanic R4000. I drove the car that day and again on Sunday the 15th March 2015 without any problems.On the evening of Monday the 16th March 2015 I drove the car from Sandton to Lichtenburg (North West Province) as I work between Johannesburg and Lichtenburg. I drove the car and it was driving smooth however about 50KM to 60KM away from Lichtenburg the engine just stopped and I notice that it was licking oil as well. I arranged with Tow Company on the 17th March 2015 i.e. Kalli's Panelbeaters & 24 Hour Towing to tow the car back to the mechanic in Johannesburg and the mechanic checked the engine and said the fault is not on his side as he was only installing the engine.
