ABC AUTOPARTS!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I ordered a roof for my convertible from ABC Autoparts. The quote I was supp**** with included the motor for the roof including the rear window. I paid up the money they quoted me then they couriered the roof to me in the Eastern Cape. When it arrived here, the rear window was smashed. I called numerous times to follow up as to why they send me a smashed window and not the Complete one I paid for as per the pics they sent to me. James was they one helping me, the most inconsistent person to be in sales. After numerous attempts to get him to assist, I eventually asked to speak to his manager. at least there was some hope, or so I thought... He promised that he'd refund me and even took my banking details. It's a new month now and I'm still waiting for the refund. I called them today to follow up and the manager (Charles) is apparently off. Unfortunately they put me through to the *********** James again. When I asked him about the refund which I was promised, he told me that I'd never find a roof anywhere else for the price I paid so he doesn't think I need a refund after I had to borrow the money to get the window here!!!!!!
