Abbots college/high school in Belmont office park Rondebosch. Have you ever heard of a school being situated in a business park? This school is the most unsafe environment imaginable. From the classroom windows you can watch drug users next to the river. Contractors for other businesses come and go in the immediate environment of the school with no screening. Incredibly high turnover of staff doesn't lend itself to stability.

What drives this school's ethos is money and keeping the shareholders of ADVTECH happy. The school is just a cog in a corporate machine. The principal will lie to parents, superiors and shareholders just to put on a front of success, meanwhile - "something is rotten in the state of Denmark".

Staff will throw each other under the bus. Staff are not treated as humans, they are just fodder for the corporate mill. Staff have an endless cycle of ridiculous hoops and kpi indicators to jump through and a top down culture of fear and ************ abides. The place is toxic in the extreme.
