Bad Service at Abattoir, Cambridge, East London

Had such a terrible experience at Abbatoir, East London Cambridge.This morning I called to enquire about the closing time of the Butchery and I was told it’s 11am l, I get to the gate and the security guard tells me they close at 10:30am, the most annoying part about this is being met with a bad attitude by the security guard so early in the morning, he doesn’t poses any sort of communication skills and showed no interest at my frustration.I then proceeded to call the manager(Jerry) of the Store I was met with some sort of hostility but he ended up agreeing to ring what I wanted outsides, his staff member that bought what i needed outsided was as rude as the security guard, I was asking myself what type of a business is this where everyone has no regard for the customer,I don’t tolerate bad service from anyone..Something needs to change in that Butchery..The whole lot of them bringing such a bad name to the brand(Abattoir)
