Abba Parak Inc a law practice is suppose to be ethical. Whats wrong with your lawyers

It is my understanding that law practices are held to the highest of ethical standards. However, my experience with Abba Parak Incorporation has been sour to say the least. Their business practices are questionble at best. I sold my property in Ormonde Johannesburg in 2017. The deal was finalised in December 2017. The refund I was due to receive after transfer of ownership from the municipality was delayed until May 2018. I have been in communication with the municipality, fighting for my refund for months. Until a COJ officer confirmed that the municipality had deposited my full refund into the account of Abba Parak Inc. It is almost the end of June and I have yet to receive my full refund from the lawyers. Everytime I call their offices, I am sent from pillar to post, told that everyone is out of the office and there's no one there to handle my query. It has caused me so much stress that I now have to fight with Abba Parak law practice for my money especially after struggling with the municipality for five months. What is the hold up? Why are they playing games at my expense? I WANT MY MONEY Abba Parak Inc
